At Two Rivers Labs, we pride ourselves in “QUALITY” Labrador Retrievers, not “Quantity”.

There are a lot of Labradors raised in this country, but ours are among “THE CHOSEN FEW”.

All of our breeding labrador females and males are AKC Registered and OFA Certified. Some of them are also UKC Registered and range in weight from 70-90 pounds for both the females and the males. Good bone structure, nice heads, and temperament is what we breed for first  in the labradors and then for color.  AKC standards are also what we strive for in our breeding program.

We keep our labrador females in top condition, never breeding them before they are two years of age and then only every other heat cycle.

Our labrador males are treated like royalty. They are exercised to keep them in good shape and fed the most nutritious diet to keep them as healthy as possible.

Famous all through the United States, our labrador PUPPIES are from Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Massachusetts,  Michigan, Minnesota, Kentucky, Texas, Rhode Island, New Mexico, and Louisianna. Most of these states have received at least one of our FOX RED LABS, that we just started raising last year. The success has be astounding. These are just a few that can boast of our labs, but we must not forget our homelands to the east. Some have gone to Germany and other European countries.

Ourlabrador puppies are watched over very carefully in a heated/cooled “puppy house” where I have spent quite a few hours making sure both mother and puppies are doing fine. The dam and her pups are wormed at two weeks and then the pups are wormed every week until they go home with their new owners. Their first shot is given at six weeks of age and then a second shot is given at eight weeks., if the puppies have not been picked up by the time they are seven weeks of age.

We have been raising labrador retrievers since 1994 and love every minute of it. Labs are the most loveing and loyal dogs, after you have one for a while you will come to understand this.

• CHOCOLATE
• YELLOW (ranging from light yellow to FOX FIRE RED)
• BLACK

Our FOX RED FEMALES have  come in heat. This breeding will bring forth mid winter pups, January 2010. Deposits are now being taken on these labrador litters.
